Navjot Singh Sidhu joins Congress. He met Congress Vice president Rahul Gandhi a short while ago, leaves from Rahul Gandhi's residence.

Earlier in January, Cricketer-turned-politician Navjot Singh Sidhu met Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi in New Delhi, with party leaders claiming that the former BJP MP may join the party anytime soon. Sidhu is likely to play a crucial role in Punjab.
